using psx2psp to convert bin files to pbp

I'm thinking about adding CHD support, with the possibility of direct PBP to CHD conversion, but it may take a while to port CHDMAN to C#, or maybe I can just call chdman.exe with uncompressed bins. will be converted in a single 'Arc the lad.pbp' file containing the 3 ordered CD files.
